Have you ever played the game "Granblue Fantasy, グランブルーファンタジー"?
Frankly, we never play it, but one of our VIPs introduced this game and the charater- Katalina to us, we just love her dress so much, and we tried to make one for SmartDoll. Turns out, we spend months to work on it, but it just doesn't look good as we cannot find the right fabric. Luckily, we finally get it right with an interesting fabric to create the flow and reflection of the dress.
The dress fits on M bust, S bust is ok too, just without much Deep-V effects, and as the fabric is elastic, you can try to fit it on L bust (but definitely will deform the dress a little bit)
Please noted that the dress DOES NOT include the black crystal chain belt, which you can get it separately from here:

White inner lining is included to eliminate the possibility of color staining.
