SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped worldwide via International Delivery Services Provider (Under the Covid situation, we will ship the package to you by one of these providers:  Fedex, UPS, SF-Express and EMS Speedpost, depending on their delivery capability of that particular week).

All shipments that are sent by Dollgerie, are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am till 6:00 pm GMT+8 (with the exception of public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

All shipping costs for orders over USD 178 are free of charge globally.

TRACK YOUR STATUS

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the package tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
